    HIIT At Home: Lower Body

    In today's video, we are going to go over an at-home lower body HIIT circuit that you can do with absolutely NO equipment! All you need is a timer to set up your intervals, and some space to GET MOVING! Leave a comment below with how many rounds you are able to knock out! If you enjoyed the workout, please let me know....and if not, please give me feedback on what you would like to see change! Notes from Coach: As demonstrated in the video, you will complete each exercise for 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest. I suggest beginners shoot for 1-3 rounds of the circuit, with 1 minute to rest between each round. For intermediate-advanced, I would recommend 4-5 rounds of the circuit, with 30s-60s to rest between rounds. Leave a comment below with how many rounds you are able to knock out!
