HIIT At Home: Lower Body
In today's video, we are going to go over an at-home lower body HIIT circuit that you can do with absolutely NO equipment! All you need is a timer to set up your intervals, and some space to GET MOVING! Leave a comment below with how many rounds you are able to knock out! Notes from Coach: As demonstrated in the video, you will complete each exercise for 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest. I suggest beginners shoot for 1-3 rounds of the circuit, with 1 minute to rest between each round. For intermediate-advanced, I would recommend 4-5 rounds of the circuit, with 30s-60s to rest between rounds. Leave a comment below with how many rounds you are able to knock out! The Workout: 2-5x 45s/15s
-Lunges
-3 point squats
-Floor sweeps
-Toe taps with a burpee every 10th rep
-Glute bridges
