This is something that I frequently tell my clients. The amount of effort that you put in day-to-day will be the biggest factor in the results you yield. If you only put a little effort into your nutrition, NO effort into your sleep and supplementation, and a decent amount of effort into your training.. what does that give you? Thatโ€™s right, subpar results. โฃ

Stop shortchanging yourself with your effort. If you can be doing better with your nutrition, do it. Out in the effort to meal prep or track your macros.โฃ
