This is something that I frequently tell my clients. The amount of effort that you put in day-to-day will be the biggest factor in the results you yield. If you only put a little effort into your nutrition, NO effort into your sleep and supplementation, and a decent amount of effort into your training.. what does that give you? That’s right, subpar results.
Stop shortchanging yourself with your effort. If you can be doing better with your nutrition, do it. Out in the effort to meal prep or track your macros.
