EFFORT = RESULTS

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀. ⁣

This is something that I frequently tell my clients. The amount of effort that you put in day-to-day will be the biggest factor in the results you yield. If you only put a little effort into your nutrition, NO effort into your sleep and supplementation, and a decent amount of effort into your training.. what does that give you? That’s right, subpar results. ⁣

Stop shortchanging yourself with your effort. If you can be doing better with your nutrition, do it. Out in the effort to meal prep or track your macros.⁣
